Background
Mr Attridge is a member of Chambers' Civil and Family Teams. He is a versatile and effective advocate with an approachable manner.
He completed undergraduate and post-graduate law degrees at the University of Sheffield, following which he published three substantial articles in leading academic law journals.
Mr Attridge's civil practice incorporates a broad range of litigation and advisory work with a particualr emphasis on matters of real property, including title and boundary disputes, easements and landlord and tenant. He regularly appears in the High Court, in County Courts and in the Lands Tribunal.
With respect to his family law practice, Mr Attridge specialises in Children Act proceedings, both private and public, appearing in the High Court, in County Courts and in the Family Proceedings Court.
