Jessica Hunter (2015)
Jessica accepts instructions in all areas of family law. She acts for local authorities, parents, and children in both private and public Children Act proceedings, with a strong focus on finding the best possible solutions to disputes concerning children. She also represents clients in injunctive proceedings under the Family Law Act and acts in financial proceedings and cohabitee disputes.
Jessica maintains a busy civil practice, and is regularly instructed in small claims and fast-track trials, including road traffic collisions and contractual disputes, and possession proceedings.
Prior to undertaking pupillage at Trinity, Jessica obtained extensive experience as a paralegal in immigration law including personal immigration, the Points Based System, and asylum claims, and accepts instructions in all types of immigration applications and appeals.
