Background
Joseph Harper has been at the Bar for 33 years, taking silk in 1992. During that time he has built up a strong practice dealing in all areas of property law with reported cases stretching from 1977 to 2001. He also practices from specialist chambers in London. Mr Harper has extensive knowledge of the Administrative Court through pursuing appeals from planning decisions or the Lands Tribunal.
Joseph Harper has contributed to several practitioners’ books including Halsbury Volume 8(1) on Compulsory Acquisition of Land (1996) and Hill & Redman, Landlord and Tenant. He is a member of the Bar of Antigua and a Bencher of Gray’s Inn. He also is a member of the Planning and Environment Bar Association, the Chancery Bar Association and a member of JUSTICE.
