Background
Stefanie Wickins is a specialist family law practitioner who undertakes all aspects of family work, including ancillary relief and disputes between cohabitees. She appears regularly at all levels of the jurisdiction and was involved in the case of Elliott –v- Elliott [2001] 1 FCR 477 CA. She also welcomes instructions in regard to Children Act matters and applications under the Family Law Act 1996.
Having gained a Masters Degree in Commercial Law at the University of Bristol, she has established a civil practice which includes employment, real property disputes and claims in tort and contract.
Miss Wickins’ employment law practice includes advising and appearing in cases involving redundancy, unfair dismissal, discrimination and maternity and parental rights. Miss Wickens appears on behalf of both applicants and respondents.
Her real property practice includes actions involving boundary disputes, trespass to land, adverse possession and interference with easements. She appears regularly in the County Courts and the Land Registry.
Miss Wickins is an experienced advocate who practises in London and throughout the Eastern Circuit at all levels. She is able to provide advice to clients in writing or in conference either in Chambers or at her solicitors’ offices. Site visits can also be arranged.
