How the way we work is changing
Breakfast at Trinity’s
Following on from our opening we are developing our skills at remote commiunication to reduce the need for face to face contact.
We have found the ease with which meetings can be set up and attended has been improved tremendously. As part of our changed way of working we are establishing a series of remote meetings via Zoom called Breakfast at Trinity’s. At these meetings we will welcome local practitioners to discuss current news of the courts and procedure.
These will be informal meetings running for 30 minutes to an hour. Attendees will be able to claim CPD points for their attendance, a wash up report will be circulated after each meeting.
To attend practitioners should call the clerks at Trinity on 01245 605040 or email them (including Breakfast at Tiffany’s in the subject line) before noon on each Wednesday giving their name and firm as well as the email address they can be contacted on for the Thursday meeting. The Zoom invitations will be sent on the Wednesday afternoon.
In line with the easing of the lock down and only as necessary we re-opened Highfield House for business on the 1st June 2020. We will be able to deal with enquiries and the allocation of work to our barristers more efficiently while still keeping our staff and barristers safe.
We will accomodate visits and host conferences by arrangement. We remain available to answer specific questions via telephone and email.
We are pressing on with our plans to promote Private FDRs, (the tab above will let you download our e-brochure). Public access is still easily available for more and more types of cases. The Public Access tab above will link you to all of our services.
Our telephone system allows us to forward calls automatically to barristers so please call the usual telephone number 01245 60 50 40 to speak to us during business hours.
The courts will soon announce their plans for hearings and we are expecting full details of the arrangements very soon.
If your case has been adjourned because of the pandemic please contact us for an update on the likely date of resumption.
