Liam Sullivan, Jessica Hunter, and Daniel Proctor of Trinity Chambers recently appeared before the Court of Appeal in Re H (Final Care Orders at IRH) [2025] EWCA Civ 1342.
The appeal by the father, represented by Mr Sullivan, against final care orders made at the Issues Resolution Hearing was allowed by the Court of Appeal. The judgment provided clarification on the matters to be taken into account by the court when considering making final orders at IRH or whether a final hearing is required.
