Fiona Bailey

Fiona was called to the Bar in 2019 having practiced as a Solicitor in Stowmarket for over 30 years.

Fiona was Senior Partner of Haywards Solicitors, where she specialised in complex family cases, representing parents and children in court cases brought by the Local Authority and also in private law disputes between family members involving children. Fiona also acts for grandparents, special guardians and prospective adopters of children.

Fiona was a member of the Law Society Children Panel for over 15 years and as a solicitor regularly appeared in Court as an advocate.

In 2016 Fiona was President of the Suffolk and North Essex Law Society (SNELS).
