Martin Wright

Martin was a solicitor partner in an Essex firm for 21 years, before being called to the Bar and practising at the Bar as a tenant at Trinity Chambers, until taking a Judicial appointment as a District Judge, sitting on financial remedies cases at both Romford County Court and East London Family Court.

During this time, Martin had the pleasure of giving a seminar to the Franco-Britannique Association of Juristes at the Paris Bar on the exercise of judicial discretion in financial remedies cases in the courts in England and Wales . He retired as a resident Judge of the East London Family Court in 2022 but continue to sit as a District Judge (sitting in retirement) in financial remedies cases and public and private family law.
