Daniel Attridge (2000)
Specialising in probate, landlord and tenant, personal injury, Family Law Act applications, Children Act Applications.
Mr Attridge is a member of Chambers’ Civil and Family Teams. He is a versatile and effective advocate with an approachable manner.
He completed undergraduate and post-graduate law degrees at the University of Sheffield, following which he published three substantial articles in leading academic law journals.
Mr Attridge’s civil practice incorporates a broad range of litigation and advisory work with a particualar emphasis on matters of real property, including title and boundary disputes, easements and landlord and tenant. He regularly appears in the High Court, in County Courts and in the Lands Tribunal.
With respect to his family law practice, Mr Attridge specialises in Children Act proceedings, both private and public, appearing in the High Court, in County Courts and in the Family Proceedings Court.
Mr Attridge is also a civil and commercial mediator, trained and accredited by the London School of Mediation. He has a strong focus on resolution, which he facilitates through patient, clear communication and creative thinking.
Called to the Bar in 2000, his role as a mediator is complimented by a broad civil practice, which sees him advising and representing clients in a wide variety of disputes including those relating to:
