Tiffany Wilkinson is a specialist family law practitioner.  Her main area of expertise is financial remedy applications and cohabitee disputes.  Tiffany is regularly instructed on behalf of husbands, wives and other parties, such as those seeking to intervene or be joined to proceedings.  She has a particular interest in cases involving business valuations and pension disputes.

Tiffany welcomes instructions in private and public law Children Act matters and Family Law Act applications.  Her private law work includes shared residence, residence, contact and special guardianship disputes as well as leave to remove and internal relation applications.  In public law cases, Tiffany represents the full range of parties, including local authorities, the parents or guardian.

Her practice also encompasses civil law as well as advising and representing rugby clubs and the Rugby Football Union in both on-field and off-field matters and she is a qualified rugby referee.
