Anne-Marie has earned an international footprint and a reputation for tackling high profile cases in the High Court and the Court of Appeal. She represents local authorities, parents, grandparents and children in care proceedings and holds particular expertise in the cross examination of experts and other witnesses in complex, fact-finding hearings.
Anne-Marie provides specialist advice in child law cases where there is an international or diplomatic element, including both obtaining and fending return orders in applications to remove children from the jurisdiction.
