Before coming to the bar, Badar worked as a paralegal. He also worked in various other roles, which gave him opportunities to communicate with a wide range of people and deal with vulnerable clients. Badar graduated in law from University of London with First Class Honours and was First in the course. He was awarded the Top Graduate Award and Outstanding LLB Year-3 Student Award. Badar also won the School of Law scholarship among his cohort.

Badar completed the Bar course with LLM from City, University of London. He was awarded the Patrick Back scholarship for the Bar course, by the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn. Badar also volunteered with the Free Representation Unit as part of the Bar course, and successfully represented his client at the Employment Tribunal.

Badar was called to the Bar in 2022, and he joined Trinity Chambers in October 2023. Currently, Badar is a second-six pupil, and is accepting instructions in all of the Chambers’ core practice areas.
